Broward Alliance

To Whom It May Concern,

From the initial concept and idea, to a vision of success in the implementation, Mr. Bernhard Schutte and his team put together a successful business program to Malaysia. Bernhard was able to bring a large Florida community together including key organizations, key community leaders, and sponsors to make this important mission to Malaysia a reality.

During the course of the year Bernhard flew to Malaysia building relationships with private enterprise and government agencies in anticipation of a critical business mission pending. As a participant on the mission, 1 met many of the contacts and relationships that Bernhard and his team built in his one year of preparation. Some of the people I met were the Deputy Prime Minister Date' Sri Mobil Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak, Chief Minister of the State of Kedah Date' Seri Syed Razak bin Syed lain, and the Chief Minister of the State of Penang Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Koh Tsu Koon.

During the ten day mission one on one appointments were arranged for participants, along with State dinners in three different Malaysia Stales. All arrangements went according to plan while we all had an opportunity to meet Malaysian businessmen and government officials at the highest level.

The overall organization and preparation that Bernhard Schulte and his team put into this mission was some of the best I've experienced in my career. I commend Bernhard and his team for their incredible attention to detail and resulting performance making this mission a great success. The results of the mission speaks for itself in the deals which were closed, including strong business and personal relationships being developed amongst the mission members and Malaysian participants.

If the Broward Alliance or other organizations are planning to do a mission into the Asia Pacific region, I would highly recommend Bernhard Schutte because I know it will succeed with exceptional distinction and quality.

Sincerely,
James T. Tarlton
